Airport - IAH Houston:
IAH (Houston George Bush International) is the best airport to fly into. IAH is a 20–25-minute drive from The Woodlands Resort, with a multitude of direct flight options across almost all US markets.
Airport Transfers:
The Woodlands Resort is approx. 20-minute drive from IAH airport
We advise guests take Uber/Lyft for most convenient and simple transport from airport to hotel
Hotel Parking:
For guests driving to the property, self parking at The Woodlands Resort is free for hotel guests
Hotel Reservation Details:
Your hotel reservation nights are locked in after completing registration. You can go back into VOW and make edits as needed or contact JFranklin@mettel.net for assistance.

Accommodations are complimentary for those who can accept for the nights of Mon 4/27, Tue 4/28 & Wed 4/29 checking-out Thu 4/30. For those who will attend, but can't accept complementary accommodations, write in "Self-Pay" at registration and we'll bill the rooms to you upon arrival.

General Session 1 & 2 (Tue 4/28 & Wed 4/29): Business Casual
Dinner Party Events (Mon 4/27, Tue 4/29 & Wed 4/29): Casual
*Dinner events will be onsite at the resort - outdoors on Mon 4/27 & Wed 4/29, and indoors on Tue 4/28.
Weather Reminder:
The late April weather in The Woodlands, TX calls for highs in the 80's and lows in the 50's with generally sunny skies. This is one of the best times of year to visit the Woodlands.
Spouse:
If you are traveling with a spouse/significant other, please note that on your registration if able.
